The world is telling you that your business NEEDS to be producing video.
While they might be right, we think there are important questions to ask before spending money on such an endeavor.
What problem am I trying to solve?
Maybe you feel like you need to get your vision out there, or maybe you want potential clients to see what your current clients think, maybe you just want a video on your site because someone told you to.
Is a video the only solution to that problem?
Maybe you need a better website, or new headshots.
Who will be watching this video (hopefully)?
New customers? Potential customers? Team members? It matters who the audience will be, especially to the videographer. Tailor your content to your audience.
How will I measure the success of this video?
Site traffic, plays, new leads? Find a realistic goal and a way to measure that success.
What is my budget?
This will cost money, and video is one area where quality is most obvious. It is expensive to make a video at high quality, but I promise it is worth it.
